现在 fcitx5 的环境变量写在/usr/etc/X11/xim.d/fcitx5 内，wayland 并能正确读取，原因是今天在 GNOME wayland 上使用 icalingua 时不能输入，但是在 xorg 下正常，重新把变量写在/etc/environment 后就正常了，可能需要打包人员进行一下环境变量设置的更正。
