不使用第三方工具怎样实现全局的 DoH 或者 DoT？或者是好用的第三方工具也行。希望有经验的朋友指个路。

一般是用 dnscrypt-proxy 或者 GitHub - getdnsapi/stubby: Stubby is the name given to a mode of using getdns which enables it to act as a local DNS Privacy stub resolver (using DNS-over-TLS). 或者 unbound。

系统级别也可以用 systemd-resolved，但是十分的不建议。它会破坏 wickedd。
