这里 ](openSUSE:Specfile guidelines - openSUSE) 有一句

There is usually no need to explicitly list e.g. Requires: libqt4 when the dependency has already been picked up by rpm in the form of depending on shared libraries in the libqt4 package.

这句话怎么理解呢？ 看不明白为什么这个 Requires: libqt4 被省略了。
